Process
How Credentialing Works
Every Alliance credential follows a structured evaluation process. Credentials are issued only after independent review.
01

Apply

Individuals enroll in AIGCP™ training through an authorized training partner. Organizations submit an intake form describing their AI systems and current governance posture.

02

Assess

Individuals complete coursework and sit for a proctored examination. Organizations undergo a structured governance review covering controls, policies, and technical safeguards.

03

Certify

Qualified candidates receive their credential, including a digital certificate, verification ID, and listing in the Alliance practitioner or organization directory.

04

Maintain

Credentials carry a defined validity period. Practitioners earn continuing education credits. Organizations submit to annual reassessment to maintain active status.

Research Consortium
Developing the Open Standard for AI Trust
The AI Trust Alliance Research Consortium brings together academic institutions, enterprise practitioners, and policy experts to develop open governance standards for the AI economy. We are signing founding partners now.

What the Consortium Does

The consortium develops the Trust Requirements Profile (TRP™), an open protocol for defining, measuring, and verifying governance posture across AI systems. TRP™ provides a common language for organizations, auditors, and regulators to assess AI trustworthiness regardless of vendor, industry, or jurisdiction.

Research is led by our academic partners and published through open channels. The standard is designed to be adopted freely, with certification and verification services provided by the Alliance.

Founding Partners

We are assembling the founding cohort of academic institutions, enterprise organizations, and industry leaders who will shape the governance standard. Founding partners receive advisory board representation, early access to the TRP™ specification, and recognition as architects of the AI governance standard.

The Ohio State University (confirmed) · Academic partners, enterprise organizations, industry leaders, and policy experts now being invited.
